From price is based on two adults sharing a Junior Suite.
£50 dinner allocation per room. The dinner allocation can be used towards food in TDR. Please note this cannot be transferred to Geko.
Upgrades to higher suite categories may be available for an additional charge.
Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis.
Available for stays Sunday to Thursday.
Excludes Friday and Saturday.
This special offer is pre-paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us.
Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.
All prices quoted include VAT.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon.
At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.
All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.
Treatments & DiningTreatments & Dining
The dinner allocation of £50 can be used towards food from TDR after 6pm. Anything over above the allowance will be payable on departure. In the event the allowance is not fully spent there is no compensation for this.

We request that a table reservation is made at the same time as reserving your suite. If there isn’t a table reservation made, our team will book a time and send a confirmation. If you need to amend the time, please contact us ahead of your arrival by phone or drop us an email – reservations@seaham-hall.com.
Allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated with 48hours notice. If booking online please add any requests to the notes.
Hotel guests have complimentary access to our spa facilities from 12noon on day of arrival to 12noon on day of departure. If you anticipate arriving before your suite is ready at 3pm, we would suggest packing swimwear in hand luggage.
We encourage guests to pre-book any treatments as soon as possible as we are unable to hold any space. Availability and reservations can be made via our website.
