From the South

  • Head northeast on your starting location to join the M5 motorway.
  • Continue on the M5 which will take you through Birmingham and up to the Midlands.
  • Near Birmingham, merge onto the M6, following signs for Coventry.
  • Stay on the M6 for a while, and then take the M1 exit toward London/Daventry.
  • Merge onto the M1 and continue north.
  • You'll eventually reach Durham. Take the A19 exit toward Teeside.
  • Merge onto the A19, and follow the signs for Seaham.
  • Seaham Hall is located in Seaham, which you can access via various local roads.

From the Midlands

  • Begin your journey by heading north on the M6 motorway.
  • Continue on the M6 until you reach the M1.
  • Take the M1 exit toward London/Daventry.
  • Merge onto the M1 and continue north.
  • As you approach Durham, take the A19 exit toward Teeside.
  • Merge onto the A19 and follow signs for Seaham.
  • Seaham Hall is located in Seaham, which you can access via various local roads.

From the North

  • Follow the A19 until you see signs for Seaham.

Take a train to Newcastle Central Station if you're not already in the area.

From Newcastle Central Station, you'll need to transfer to a train bound for Seaham Railway Station. You can check the train schedule and platform information at the station or use a travel app for real-time updates.

After arriving at Seaham Railway Station, you have a couple of options to get to Seaham Hall:

Taxi: The quickest and most convenient option is to hop in a taxi outside the train station. You’ll just need to ask the driver to take you to Seaham Hall and Serenity Spa.

B. Pick-up: Let us know in advance what time you are due to arrive, and we can usually arrange for our concierge to come and pick you up. Please note, this is subject to availability.

C. Walking: If you’re one for taking in the surroundings, it's about a 30-minute walk from Seaham Railway Station to Seaham Hall. It's a scenic route through the town, but be prepared for a longer walk.

The closest major airport to Seaham is Newcastle International Airport. From here, you have a couple of options to get to Seaham Hall:

A. Taxi: The quickest and most convenient option is to hop in a taxi at the airport.
You can find taxis outside the airport, and you’ll just need to ask the driver to take you to Seaham Hall and Serenity Spa.
