From seasonal foodie favourites to the freshest seafood our chefs can get their hands on, our dishes celebrate unique flavours from the region we love.

The North-East's finest flavours

Showcasing the very best of Durham's dining scene, our menus use only the finest and freshest regional produce, carefully curated by Executive Chef Damian Broom. Each and every ingredient is ethically sourced from hand-picked suppliers, including nearby honey farms and local fishing boats supplying sustainable seafood.

Old-world elegance, contemporary cuisine

Our timelessly stylish Dining Room is a love letter to our country house's heritage. Its glittering 14-carat gold-plated chandeliers, gorgeous Georgian windows and portrait of former resident, Lord Byron, hint at Seaham Hall's opulent past. But today, we prefer a more relaxed atmosphere to let our dishes shine.
