    25% non-refundable deposit required with the balance taken 7 days prior to arrival from the card entered during the booking process.

    Date changes can be made 7 days prior to arrival.

    We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us when making your reservation.

    Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.

    All prices quoted include VAT.

    Seaham Hall strongly advises that you take out holiday insurance that provides you with coverage in the event of a cancellation either due to travel and/or personal reasons.

    Your lodge is available to check into from 4pm, with departure by 10am.

    At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.

    This special offer can only be booked online.

    Payment will be taken from the card entered during the booking process. The remaining balance will be taken 7 days prior to arrival from the same card. A reminder email will be sent 10 days prior to arrival, if you wish to amend the card details this can be done using the link in this emai.

    This special offer is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    All lodge guests are required to leave a £150 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £150 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.

    We would encourage all guests to pre-book tables for meals during their stay as soon as possible, we are unable to guarantee availability on arrival.

    Breakfast is available to book in The Dining Room between 7.30am and 10.30am. Please ensure you reserve a table with Reception. Breakfast is an additional cost and is not included in the price of your stay.

    Allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated with 48hours notice. If booking online please add any requests to the notes.

    Guests have complimentary access to our spa facilities from 12noon on day of arrival to 12noon on day of departure. If you anticipate arriving before your suite is ready at 4pm, we would suggest packing swimwear in hand luggage.

    We encourage guests to pre-book any treatments as soon as possible as we are unable to hold any space.
