Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon.

Hotel guests have complimentary access to our spa facilities from 3pm on day of arrival to 12noon on day of departure. If you anticipate arriving before your suite is ready at 3pm, we would suggest packing swimwear in hand luggage.

At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.

If you require a twin room, please request ahead of arrival as we have limited suites that can twin.

This special offer requires 25% deposit at the time of booking with the balance paid 7 days prior to arrival. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.

Complimentary dinner is a two course Sunday Lunch in The Dining Room

This cannot be transferred to Geko or Harvey's Bar.

If a time is not reserved for dinner during the booking process the team will book a time and send confirmation. We are unable to guarantee availability on arrival.

Allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated with 48hours notice. If booking online please add any requests to the notes.
