View Seaham Hall like never before, decorated from floor to ceiling in festive extravagance. Enjoy a delectable five-course meal before the big day, served in the impressive Dining Room. After an evening of celebration, awake in one of our luxury suites next to your nearest and dearest, ready to experience everything we have in store for this special day.

As part of your stay you will also enjoy:

A Five Course set Tasting menu on Christmas Eve in The Dining Room between 6.30pm and 8.30pm
On Christmas Day, enjoy a glass of pre-lunch Champagne, followed by a Three Course Christmas lunch served in The Dining Room at 1pm
A charcuterie board to share with a glass of port on Christmas night
Breakfast each morning

Terms and conditions

If a time is not specified for dinner on Christmas Eve our team will allocate a time for you and send a confirmation. If you wish to amend times please do call as soon as possible and we can check availability.

Please note the Tasting menu is a set Five Course menu. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with at least 24 hours’ notice.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance paid by 1^st December 2024. After 1^st December the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.

All prices quoted include VAT.

House rules

At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.

Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon.

Treatments and dining

Dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.

We encourage guests to pre-book treatments as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee availability on arrival. Treatment availability can be checked and reservations can be made direct on our website.
