From price is based on two adults sharing a Junior Suite.

Upgrades to higher suite categories may be available for an additional charge.

Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis.

Fully flexible cancellation terms. Reservations can be cancelled or amended without charge up to 12noon 48hrs prior to arrival. If any amendments or cancellations are made within the 48hours prior to arrival, full charges will apply.

Available for stays from Sunday to Thursday from 30^th September to 31^st January 2025.

If booking online, payment will be taken 48hours prior to arrival from the card entered during the booking process.

A reminder email will be sent 72 hours prior to arrival, this email will contain a link should you to amend the card details.

We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us.

Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.

All prices quoted include VAT.

Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon.

At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.

All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.

The allowance of £50 per person can be used towards food from TDR after 6pm, this can include hot drinks and dinner including sauces and sides. Anything over above the allowance will be payable on departure. In the event the allowance is not fully spent there is no compensation for this.

Guests will receive a complimentary bottle of wine, as chosen by our Sommelier.

We request that a table reservation is made at the same time as reserving your suite. If there isn’t a table reservation made, our team will book a time and send a confirmation. If you need to amend the time, please contact us ahead of your arrival by phone or drop us an email – reservations@seaham-hall.com.

Allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated with 48hours notice. If booking online please add any requests to the notes.

Hotel guests have complimentary access to our spa facilities from 12noon on day of arrival to 12noon on day of departure. If you anticipate arriving before your suite is ready at 3pm, we would suggest packing swimwear in hand luggage.

We encourage guests to pre-book any treatments as soon as possible as we are unable to hold any space.
