Before your Treatment

  1. What treatments do you offer?

    We currently offer a range of treatment options tailored to all skin types and concerns. This includes HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Anti-Wrinkle Injections, Dermal Filler and Polynucleotides.

  2. Who will be carrying out my treatment?

    We have a fantastic team available for you at Novara including experienced Aesthetic Therapists, Registered Nurses and Plastic Surgeons. Depending on the type of consultation and treatment you are interested in determines the most suitable team member for you.

  3. Do I need a consultation?

    We require all of our clients to have an initial thorough consultation prior to starting their treatment journey with us. This is to ensure the best possible advice is given for a tailored treatment plan that will deliver results. Once you have commenced your treatment journey with us, a consultation is not necessary prior to each treatment unless you have a different concern you wish to discuss.

  4. Am I able to have treatment on the day of my consultation?

    We would not be able to guarantee treatment on the same day as your consultation. Sufficient time is allocated in our diary for all of our consultations and treatments to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

  5. Are there any age restrictions for treatments and consultations?

    All clients visiting and having treatments at Novara must be aged 18 or over. For health-and-safety reasons, we kindly ask that children are not brought into the treatment rooms.

  6. Can I have treatment if I am pregnant?

    We would not recommend proceeding with treatment when you are pregnant due to potential side effects. We do have a selection of pregnancy safe home care products available.

After your Treatment

  1. Can I use the Spa facilities after treatment?

    To allow our treatments to have the best possible results and for your safety we would not advise use of any spa facilities following your visit. This includes Sauna, Steam Room, Swimming pool and Hot Tubs. Please get in touch with us to discuss the treatment you are interested in and we can look to see how we can accommodate this in your visit.

  2. Am I eligible for a review appointment following my treatment?

    Routine review appointments following Anti-Ageing Injections are available to schedule following your treatment and we would recommend scheduling this in 2 weeks after your treatment to allow for the treatment to work. This complimentary review is unable to be booked after 3 weeks post treatment. Any ‘top-up’ treatment required at this review will be free of charge.

  3. What happens if I have an adverse reaction following treatment?

    The health and safety of our patients is at the heart of all we do and while we will do our very best to ensure a satisfactory outcome, no clinical procedure is entirely risk-free and the results of any particular procedure cannot be guaranteed
    Although rare, some procedures have well documented complications and these together with your personal risk will be discussed during your consultation and documented in the patient information leaflet and consent form;
    If you experience a complication please ensure you contact us immediately and we will provide aftercare advice and/or schedule you in as quickly as possible with a member of our team for review.

Terms & Conditions

  1. What is the deposit and cancellation policy at Novara?

    Booking a Consultation:

    Full payment will be taken at the time of your reservation either online or over the telephone. All consultations are chargeable at £50 which is redeemable against treatment or homecare products purchased on the day.

    Booking Single Treatments:

    A £50 deposit is required for any treatments booked up to the value of £300 and 50% of the value for any treatments with a total value in excess of £300. Should you wish to cancel or amend your reservation a 50% refund will be available up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in full loss of payment.

    Booking Package Treatments:

    Should you wish to cancel a booking from a pre-paid treatment package, we require 48 hours’ notice, cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in loss of this treatment from the package.     Courses of Treatments:

    Treatment packages are required to be pre-paid in advance. All treatment packages must be performed within 12 months of the date of purchase. We do offer extensions for exceptional circumstances. Treatment packages are only refundable for a valid medical reason and are subject to approval. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already performed.

     

     

  2. Can I have treatments if I have a medical condition or are taking any medication?

    Please speak to the team directly before making a booking.

  3. What can I use monetary vouchers for?

    Novara monetary vouchers can be used towards any services or retail items sold within Novara. Please note that a monetary voucher has to be used in full in one visit - no change can be given, nor can anything be carried over to a future booking.

  4. How long are gift vouchers valid for?

    12 months from date of purchase. We do offer extensions for exceptional circumstances. We also offer the option to purchase a voucher extension, with gives an additional 3-month validity.

  5. How do I buy gift vouchers?

    Gift vouchers can be bought online, alternatively, you can pop in to buy one in person - just speak to a member of the team!
