After an evening of celebration, retreat to your private Coastal Lodge, a haven of luxury nestled in nature. Wake to the sound of the sea with your nearest and dearest by your side, ready to embrace everything we have in store for this truly special day.
As part of your stay you will also enjoy:
- Christmas Gift in your lodge upon arrival
- Three-Course menu on Christmas Eve in The Dining Room
- Breakfast Christmas morning, served in Geko
- A delicious pre-lunch beverage on Christmas Day, followed by a Three-Course Christmas lunch served in The Ballroom at 1.30pm
- A charcuterie board to share with a glass of port on Christmas night
- Breakfast on the morning of the 24th or 27th

Terms and conditions
For the night of 23rd or 26th December we strongly advise that a dinner reservation is made in either Geko or The Dining Room as soon as possible, we will be unable to guarantee availability on arrival. This is not included in your package.
If a time is not specified for dinner on Christmas Eve our team will allocate a time for you and send a confirmation. If you wish to amend times please do call as soon as possible and we can check availability.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated with at least 24 hours’ notice.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance paid by 1st December 2025. After 1st December the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.
All prices quoted include VAT.

We advise taking out travel insurance.

At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.
Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon.
Treatments and dining
Dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.
We encourage guests to pre-book treatments as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee availability on arrival. Treatment availability can be checked and reservations can be made direct on our website.
