Escape to your own secluded sanctuary and tuck into a delectable Five Course Tasting menu in The Dining Room to kick off your special evening. Cosy up in one of our luxury suites, or relax under the stars in a private hot tub to welcome in the New Year with your nearest and dearest.
As part of your stay you will also enjoy:
- A Five Course Tasting Menu in The Dining Room for dinner on night of 31st December with a pre-dinner glass of fizz
- Breakfast served in The Dining Room each morning
- Full use of our award winning 5 luxury bubble spa facilities from 12noon on your day of arrival through to 12noon on your day of departure
- Your suite is available to check into from 3pm and we ask guests to depart by 12 noon on your day of departure

Terms and conditions
Prices are based on two adults sharing a Junior Suite.
Upgrades to higher suite categories may be available for an additional charge.
Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking with the balance paid by 1st December 2024.
If booking online 25% will be taken from the card details with the balance taken 1st December 2024.
Payments are non-refundable after 1st December 2024.
Names of all guests staying will be requested prior to arrival.
All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.
If you wish to use Seaham Hall vouchers as your payment, please do not book online, please call our team on 0191 516 1400. Credit/debit card details will be required to guarantee your booking. Where possible please hand original vouchers to our Reception Team on arrival.
Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.

Treatments and dining
Dinner on 31st December our five-course set Tasting menu. Pre-dinner drinks will be served from 7pm with dinner served at 7.45pm.
Chef can accommodate dietary requirements or allergies with prior notice, please advise ahead of your arrival.
All hotel guests have complimentary access to our award-winning spa facilities from 12noon on day of arrival to 12noon on day of departure.
We do advise having your swimwear in hand luggage if you expect to arrive before 3pm. On arrival our reception team will take of your luggage.
We actively encourage hotel guests to pre-book spa treatments as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee availability.
