Terms and conditions
From price is based on two adults sharing a Junior Suite.
Upgrades to higher suite categories may be available for an additional charge.
Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis through to 31st August 2025.

This special offer is pre-paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us when making your reservation.
Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.

Seaham Hall strongly advises that you take out holiday insurance that provides you with coverage in the event of a cancellation either due to travel and/or personal reasons.
Lunch in Ozone is non-transferrable to TDR.
House rules
Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon. Check out maybe extended to 1pm, this is subject to availability and can be confirmed on the Monday morning.
At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.

All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.
Treatments and dining
Lunch is two courses from The Ozone set menu on Monday between 12noon and 2.30pm. A table reservation must be made when booking your suite.
We would encourage all guests to pre-book tables for meals during their stay as soon as possible, we are unable to guarantee availability on arrival.
Allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated with 48hours notice. If booking online please add any requests to the notes.
Hotel guests have complimentary access to our spa facilities from 12pm on day of arrival to 5pm on day of departure. If you anticipate arriving before your suite is ready at 3pm, we would suggest packing swimwear in hand luggage.
We encourage guests to pre-book any treatments as soon as possible as we are unable to hold any space.
