At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.
If you require a twin room, please request ahead of arrival as we have limited suites that can twin.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.
Treatments & DiningWe actively encourage guests to pre-book reservations for meals during their stay as we cannot guarantee availability on the day.
The Dining Room offers dinner Thursday to Sunday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
Harvey’s Bar is open daily from 12noon to 9pm for drinks, and meals.
Geko, our Japanese inspired restaurant in the spa, is open daily from 12noon to 9pm. Please note there is a relaxed dining dress code with guests choosing to dine in robes.
Allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated with 48hours notice. If booking online please add any requests to the notes.
