This is a self-catering break.
Breakfast is not included in the price.
Breakfast can be booked in The Dining Room at a cost of £25 per person per day.
Available for stays until 21st December 2025.

We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us when making your reservation.
Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.

Seaham Hall strongly advises that you take out holiday insurance that provides you with coverage in the event of a cancellation either due to travel and/or personal reasons.

Your Coastal Lodge is available to check into from 4pm, with departure by 10am.
At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.

25% deposit will be taken from the card details entered during the booking process, with the balance taken 7 days prior to arrival.
This special offer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
All lodge guests are required to leave a £150 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £150 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.
Treatments & DiningTreatments & Dining
We would encourage all guests to pre-book tables for meals during their stay as soon as possible, we are unable to guarantee availability on arrival.
Allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated with 48hours notice. If booking online please add any requests to the notes.
Hotel guests have complimentary access to our spa facilities from 12noon on day of arrival to 12noon on day of departure. If you anticipate arriving before your suite is ready at 3pm, we would suggest packing swimwear in hand luggage.
We encourage guests to pre-book any treatments as soon as possible as we are unable to hold any space.
