What does a Swell experience involve?
Working in partnership with one of our spa partners, ishga, Swell has created a bespoke sound therapy composition, designed to transport listeners to the beauty of the Hebrides.
Wrapped up in a 90-minute experience guided by the sounds of Swell, our new ishga Five Senses Sound Ritual includes a sensory test, foot scrub and cleanse, back scrub, and hot stone massage tailored to you. Next, we’ll treat you to a regenerating ishga facial with a hot oil scalp massage and cold stone eye therapy, followed by 30 minutes in the Swell suite to leave you feeling utterly replenished.

Or, make the most of your spa experience with a Heart of the Hebrides Full Day Spa Escape from £295. This immersive experience includes full access to our spa facilities from 9am-5pm, a 90-minute ishga Five Senses Ritual, 30 minutes to relax in the Swell Suite, and a two-course Ozone lunch.
