Arrive from 11:30am at Serenity Spa for a calming wellness experience in partnership with TempleSpa, beginning at 11:45am with a two-course wellness lunch in Geko, followed by an expert-led wellness talk designed to inspire your everyday rituals.
On the menu:
Beef Tataki – Wagyu Beef Tataki, Shisho Leaf, Snow Cabbage, Lemon Yuzu Dressing
Miso Cod – Miso Marinated Baked Cod, Pickled Watermelon, Charentais Melon, Mint and Chilli
Steamed Jasmine Rice and Tenderstem Broccoli for the table
