Applicable for stays on a Monday and Tuesday only.

From price is based on two adults sharing a Junior Suite.

Upgrades to higher suite categories may be available for an additional charge.

Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis.

Please note full payment is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.

We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us.

Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.

All prices quoted include VAT.

House rules

Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon.

At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.

This special offer can only be booked online.

Payment will be taken immediately for this reservation from the card details entered during the booking process.

This special offer is non-refundable and nontransferable.

All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.

Treatments and dining

Dinner is two courses from our light bites’ menu served in The Bar in the hotel. This is not transferable to The Ozone. The Dining Room is closed on a Monday and Tuesday evening.

We would encourage all guests to pre-book tables for dinner during their stay as soon as possible, we are unable to guarantee availability on arrival.

Please note The Dining Room is closed for dinner on a Monday and Tuesday.

Allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated with 48hours notice. If booking online please add any requests to the notes.

Hotel guests have complimentary access to our spa facilities from 12noon on day of arrival to 12noon on day of departure. If you anticipate arriving before your suite is ready at 3pm, we would suggest packing swimwear in hand luggage.

We encourage guests to pre-book any treatments as soon as possible as we are unable to hold any space.
