With three nights and four days to fill, our team are happy to recommend local attractions to visit or stay on resort with a soak in the award-winning facilities of The Serenity Spa, a walk along Seaham Hall beach hunting for seaglass or immerse yourself in the tranquil setting of our roof terrace with a drink.

Our dining experiences offer a la carte menus with local, seasonal dishes to tantalise your tastebuds. The choice is yours – The Dining Room, The Bar or The Ozone

From price is based on two adults sharing a Junior Suite.

Upgrades to higher suite categories may be available for an additional charge.

Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis.

This is a pre-paid, non-refundable and non-transferable offer.

We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us.

Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.

All prices quoted include VAT.

We advise taking out travel insurance

If you have vouchers as your payment method, please book online, payment will be required from your card. On arrival, hand your vouchers to reception and on departure any difference will be refunded back to your card.

House Rules

Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon.

Guests on this offer have complimentary use of our spa facilities from 12noon on day of arrival through to 12noon on day of departure.

At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.

All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.

Treatments and Dining

We advise making dinner reservations ahead of arrival as we cannot guarantee space on the night.

Allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated with 48hours notice.

We encourage guests to pre-book any treatments as soon as possible as we are unable to hold any space.
