From price is based on two adults sharing a Junior Suite. Upgrades to higher suite categories may be available for an additional charge. Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis. This promotion has a 48hour cancellation policy. We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us. Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time. All prices quoted include VAT. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. We advise taking out travel insurance If you wish to use Seaham Hall vouchers as your payment, please do not book online, please call our team on 0191 516 1400. Credit/debit card details will be required to guarantee your booking. Where possible please hand original vouchers to our Reception Team on arrival.

House rules

Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon. Guests on this offer have complimentary use of our spa facilities from 12noon on of arrival to 12noon on day of departure. At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival. If booking online payment will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival from the card entered during the booking process. If calling to make your reservation, payment will be required on arrival. All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.

Treatments and dining

We actively encourage guests to pre-book dinner and treatments at the time of making your overnight stay. We cannot guarantee availability on arrival.

Allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated with 48hours notice.
