As part of your stay, you will enjoy:

A Two Course A La Carte menu served in The Dining Room between 6.30pm and 8.30pm with a complimentary bottle of wine chosen by our sommelier.
Breakfast from 7.30am the next morning in The Dining Room or opt for the breakfast in bed option for no extra charge.
Full use of our award-winning 5 Luxury Bubble Spa facilities from 12noon on your day of arrival through to 12noon on your day of departure.
We do advise having your swimwear in hand-luggage if you expect to arrive before 3pm. On arrival at hotel reception, our concierge will take your luggage.
Your suite is available to check into from 3pm and we ask guests to depart by 12 noon on your day of departure.

Terms and conditions

Prices are based on two adults sharing a suite.

This offer is bookable online only.

Upgrades to higher suite categories may be available for an additional charge.

Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis.

This special offer is pre-paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us.

Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.

All prices quoted include VAT.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We advise taking out travel insurance.

If you wish to use Seaham Hall vouchers as your payment, please book online and add your voucher codes to the comments section. On arrival at the hotel our reception team will redeem your vouchers with the credit applied to your bill. On departure any credit which is unused will be refunded back to the card used to pay your room reservation.

Where possible please hand original vouchers to our Reception Team on arrival.

Treatments and Dining

Dinner is two courses from our A La Carte menu in The Dining Room.

Dinner is not transferable to The Ozone or light bites menu.

Dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice. If anyone in your party has any allergies or dietary requirements, please advise in advance of your arrival by emailing reservations@seaham-hall.com

We do ask you to reserve a table at the same time as making your overnight stay booking.

If you do not select a time for dinner, our team will allocate and confirm in an email confirmation. If this time does not suit, please call ahead of arrival and we may be able to amend it.

Guests are welcome to experience any of our treatments, choosing from our Temple Spa or isgha range. We encourage guests to pre-book treatments as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee availability on arrival. Treatment availability can be checked direct on our website.

We are unable to hold any treatment space for guests and cannot guarantee availability on arrival.

House Rules

Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon.

At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.

All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.
