Seaham Hall awaits your arrival for a dreamy overnight stay in one of our luxurious suites. A two-course A La Carte dinner in The Dining Room curated by Executive Chef Damian Broom will be sure to ignite your taste buds, from seasonal foodie favourites, to the freshest seafood our chefs can get their hands on, our dishes celebrate unique flavours from the region we love.

As part of your stay you will enjoy:

  • Two-course dinner from our A La Carte menu served in The Dining Room. This is not transferable to The Ozone.
  • Breakfast the next morning – this can be served in The Dining Room or for total relaxation delivered to your suite so you can truly enjoy breakfast in bed.
  • Complimentary use of our award-winning spa facilities from 12noon on your day of arrival to 12noon on your day of departure.

    If a time is not specified for dinner during the booking process our team will allocate a time for you and send a confirmation. If you wish to amend times please do call as soon as possible and we can check availability. Please note there are some chargeable supplements, sides and sauces. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice. Dinner is Two Courses from the A La Carte menu in The Dining Room, this is not transferable to The Ozone.

    From price is based on two adults sharing a Junior Suite.

    Upgrades to higher suite categories may be available for an additional charge.

    Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis. This offer is available Sunday to Thursday.

    Fully flexible cancellation terms. Reservations can be cancelled or amended without charge up to 12noon 48hrs prior to arrival. If any amendments or cancellations are made within the 48hrs prior to arrival, full charges will apply.

    We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us.

    Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.

    All prices quoted include VAT.

    We advise taking out travel insurance.

    House Rules

    Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon. At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.

    All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.

    Treatments & Dining

    We advise pre-booking meal reservations in advance of your arrival as we unable to guarantee availability on arrival. If a time is not specified for dinner when booking online, our team will allocate a time and send confirmation. If this time is not suitable, please contact the hotel ahead of your arrival.

    We encourage guests to pre-book treatments as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee availability on arrival. Treatment availability can be checked direct on our website.
