Terms and conditions

From price is based on two adults sharing a Junior Suite.

Upgrades to higher suite categories may be available for an additional charge.

Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis.

This is a pre-paid, non-refundable and non-transferable offer.

We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us.

Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.

All prices quoted include VAT.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We advise taking out travel insurance

If you have vouchers as your payment method, please book online, payment will be required from your card. On arrival, hand your vouchers to reception and then on departure any difference will be refunded back to your card.

House Rules

Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon.

Guests on this offer have complimentary use of our spa facilities from 12noon on Sunday to 5pm on Monday.

At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.

All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.

Treatments and Dining

Afternoon tea will be reserved at 3pm on Sunday. We are unable to offer a nut free afternoon tea.

We advise making dinner reservations ahead of arrival as we cannot guarantee space on the night.

Allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated with 48hours notice.

We encourage guests to pre-book any treatments as soon as possible as we are unable to hold any space.
